Biscuit Bitch Pike Place
About This Spot
Stepping up to Biscuit Bitch Pike Place feels like stumbling upon a secret slice of Southern comfort amid the hum of Seattle’s bustling market scene. The pace here is unhurried, yet energized—not quite a sit-down spot, but a lively carry-out stall where folks gather with patient smiles, embracing the ritual of waiting for something worth savoring. It’s a place where the welcoming clatter of a busy kitchen and friendly banter blend into the background soundtrack of early mornings and midday hunger.
This corner of Pike Place thrives on realness: the kind found in warm, flaky biscuits crafted from scratch, slathered with hearty, soulful gravies and cheekily named “Bitchwiches” that feel like a playful nod to tradition with a bold twist. The atmosphere invites wandering through the market while anticipating a breakfast that’s both familiar and surprising—a reassuring balm whether you need a hangover cure or just a thoughtfully made start to your day.
Customers move fluidly from ordering to carrying their parcels of rich, buttery biscuits—some filled with spicy sausage or melty cheddar—to nearby sidewalks, where a smattering of small tables offers a spot for a quick, satisfying pause. The ordering system respects your time, letting you explore the vibrant market surroundings without feeling rushed, turning what could be a simple meal into a small local adventure.
More than just a morning stop, Biscuit Bitch Pike Place captures the essence of community through honest comfort food served with a wink and a knowing smile. It’s less about fancy frills and more about the warmth found in each bite and the human moments shared between hurried market-goers and the folks behind the counter.

Food was as advertised, presentation and taste was there. A bit of a wait for a Saturday morning but turned out well after it was all said and done. Worth a try.

No dine in, only carry out. The system is pretty easy to understand. Walk up, order and pay, they have an estimate of how long it’ll take, set a timer on your phone and go walk around until it’s time. That’s what we did and the exact moment our timer went off, they brought our food out. We had the bacon and the hot links biscuits. I’m from TX so when they said these are southern style, I was a little skeptical. But these were really delicious biscuits, I was impressed! And they’re big! It doesn’t really look like it from the pictures online but I was worried it wouldn’t be enough to fill me up - it definitely was.

Wow! What a breakfast biscuit! Arrived at 9 am, so during the breakfast rush and a one hour wait. But Pike Market is around the corner. Despite the “name calling” and wide us of “vulgarity”, due to the business name, these guys were super helpful and friendly. There are a few small tables along the street if you’re able to snag one. Pictures don’t know this biscuit justice!

This biscuit felt like it was curing my hangover even though I didn’t have one. The butteriness of the biscuit and the savoriness of the sausage make for an amazing breakfast sandwich. Despite the small shop and popularity the staff and the ordering system keep things easy and lets you walk around while waiting for your order.

The food was fantastic! Fresh and homemade . I had the spicy links bichwich and it is the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. Definitely give it a try. Just an FYI this is not a sit down restaurant. You ordered like you would from a food truck. They have a few tables along the sidewalk.

Cool spot, amazing food, quick service. Fair prices, its best to order online. Good decor and vibe. This is not a sit inside spot, this is kinda a biscuit window with flair, great flair. Good quick breakfast with elevated quality.

Recommended to come here and try some biscuits. I ordered the biscuits with the gravy and scrambled eggs on top and cheese. It was good and filling. Definitely something different. Also ordered a pumpkin coffee drink but I didn't really like it, tasted watery. Girl at front was very friendly, great service!
